Control the lights in your house from your networked Sharp Zaurus!

With your Sharp Zaurus equiped with a Wireless Network CF Card, you can turn on/off or dim lights in your house with the X10Client.

This is my first crack at a Java application for my new Sharp Zaurus.  This Java application (X10Client) is a simple front-end client to my Java X10Server which I've used for years to control the lights in my house.  The X10Server must be installed and running on another machine on your network.  The X10Client communicates with X10Server, which then communicates with the X10 'ActiveHome' CM11A, or 'FireCracker' CM17A, to control light and appliance modules in your house.

See the X10Server documentation for information on installing and running the server.
See the X10Client documentation for information on installing and running the Zaurus client.

Download: See the main X10Controller page to download X10Client and X10Server source and binaries..

Eventually, I'll investigate the possibility of downloading a floorplan image of your house into the Zaurus so you can click on various areas in your house to control lights and appliances.
